New Music Premiere: Dawn Richard - 'Pretty Wicked Things'

Hot on the heels of her No. 1 EP Armor On and in celebration of her 1 million Twitter followers, Dawn Richard marches forward with her full-length debut Goldenheart, the first in a trilogy of albums, dropping October 16. The former Dirty Money member introduces us to the sound of the project with “Pretty Wicked Things.” Produced and co-written by Armor On collaborator Druski, the haunting track is available on iTunes.

“It’s the story of the beautiful things in life that get ruined by the wicked,” explains Dawn. “Goldenheart is the fusing of new sounds with R&B/soul.
