Rap-Up.com || Rihanna to Appear on ‘Oprah’s Next Chapter’ [Trailer]

Rihanna is going one-on-one with Oprah. After winning five Grammys and landing 11 No. 1 singles, the “We Found Love” singer returns to her native Barbados and discusses her journey to becoming one of the biggest pop stars on the planet on “Oprah’s Next Chapter.”

RiRi previously appeared on Oprah’s daytime talk show in 2010 as part of her special on Haiti, where she covered Bob Marley’s “Redemption Song.”

Watch a teaser of the episode, which will air on August 19 at 9 p.m. on OWN.

@bitch, you know that Beyonce has been on the industry well over a decade, right? not to mentioned, she came from a fanbased already from where DC was, where Rihanna has been less than 7 years, yet look at where she’s at. They are totally different, but when it comes to FAME, Rihanna is bigger. Beyonce only beats her in the States, that is it. Other than that, Rihanna sells more records WW, has manage to place more #1 hits singles WW, etc.
Not saying that Beyonce is a bad artist, or anything, but hey, Rihanna has accomplish sooo muchhh in such of little time without coming from an actual “group” and not to mention, like I said, media keep comparing Riri to Madonna, and why? because she’s Pop, as far as Beyonce, she isn’t that pop, she is more of an R&Bish.
