Rap-Up.com || New Music: 50 Cent f/ Alicia Keys & Dr. Dre

It’s not only a “New Day” for Alicia Keys, but 50 Cent as well. The hip-hop mogul borrows from the Grammy-winning songbird on the first single from his upcoming album Street King Immortal, due in November.

A 30-second snippet of the song debuted in 50’s new iPhone app and thanks to HipHop-N-More, we now have the audio rip.

For those who were curious, the song sounds the same as Alicia Keys’ Swizz Beatz-produced record of the same name, except with verses from 50 and Dre. The full version will premiere tomorrow.

I’m not understanding, is it still Alicia’s first single as well? I definitely prefer the Alicia version already and I haven’t even heard the full song yet.

@MH, Well the song was never confirmed as Alicia’s official single (she even provided a free download instead of releasing on itunes). I think for her it will serve as a buzz single while being 50′s official first single.

@MmmHmm, he has over a thousand songs and is just never happy with the album. He made it completely 3 times. So do not count on it in the near future. Not to mention the fact that he literally said he has stopped trying to make it.

i think this song is trashy. ive never liked the idea of alicia releasing this sh*t as her first single and i don’t know why 50 thought it would be interesting for him to release too. i understand that are two diffent songs, but both of them will be released as a single? or alicia’s solo will only serve as part II of 50′s song?

i knew it the first time i said 50 dont use that same alicia keys song,this song was for detox then dre gave it to 50 cent n alicia keys had already release it as her first single,it will be on the top 100 not top 10
