Miguel

To celebrate the release of his micro EP Kaleidoscope Dream: The Water Preview, Miguel rocked the house at Joe’s Pub in New York on Tuesday night. In addition to performing new material off the project, the L.A. native and his band debuted “Candles in the Sun,” a song off his upcoming sophomore album Kaleidoscope Dream (Oct. 2). He threw in a brief cover of Tupac’s “I Get Around” before segueing into his hit “Quickie.”

“May I have a water on the stage please and more women in the front? There’s too many men sitting up here,” joked Miguel at one point. “With all due respect fellas, I’m not playing.”

After getting his way, he continued on with the show. Watch his one-hour set below.
