Rap-Up.com || Album Cover: G.O.O.D. Music

It’s about to be a Cruel Summer. Kanye West took to Twitter to unveil the cover art for the highly-anticipated G.O.O.D. Music compilation. A statue poses topless on the elaborate 3-D artwork, which will be available in a tri-fold digipack packaging. The project, featuring the singles “Mercy” and “New God Flow,” is due September 4. Check out another angled shot below.

i was expecting it to be Cruel Summer written in the red font used on the artwork of Mercy, i dont like etc. on a black background. This doesnt really suit the songs released sofar.

people fail to realize kanye west is an artist only basic and simple minded people would expect the album cover to be simple and “red font black background ” lol so primitive … its a wonderful cover is outside of the box

@OUTRAGE OUTZILLA, I respectfully disagree, this is GOOD Music compilation album-Cruel Summer, all of the music artists on Kanye West’s GOOD Music record label are going to dominate the majority of this album. Watch The Throne was the first album that had both Kanye West and Jay-Z. Jay-Z said months ago, that him and Kanye West might do Watch The Throne 2 which will be the only sequel to Watch The Throne. We don’t even know for a fact if Jay-Z is going to make a guest appearence on Cruel Summer. The only non-GOOD Music artists who were confirmed to be on this album were Frank Ocean, Common, Marsha Ambrouis, and possibly Jay Electronica.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but that’s Eve, right? It looks like the garden of Eden since there’s a snake hanging off the tree. It’s artistic as hell and I love this. It reminds me of Watch The Throne a lot and I can’t wait to get the physical on day 1. It’ll look great next to my Watch The Throne physical. Love Kanye’s art direction and he’s culturally much more seasoned than anyone else in the game.
