In honor of reaching 10,000 followers on Twitter, D-WHY unleashes a new track off his upcoming mixtape Don’t Flatter Yourself, due August 15. The West Virginia-bred MC links with producer-turned-rapper Hit-Boy for the Marcus D’Tray-produced “All Good,” on which they trade boastful bars about fashion, money, and women.

I think D-Why’s got a good flow, even though his lyrics are very superficial. Some might say he’s a good rapper (I don’t). He can become something (reasonably) big, since he knows how to play with his image (which is a major ingredient in the recipe for today’s successful rapper). I do have a problem with his voice, though. To me it sounds nosy, disagreeable. It’s barely decent when he raps, but his singing is a no-no…
I wish him the best though. Peace
