While Asher Roth readies his oft-delayed sophomore album Is This Too Orange?, he tackles some serious issues on “The World Is Not Enough.” Inspired by funk singer Charles Bradley, the Pennsylvania MC sounds off about capitalism, religion, and drugs over a soulful melody. Listen closely.

This is why I love this guys music. His lyrical content is always brilliant, and it always makes up for some less than stella production work.

SUPERB.
PS: According to Asher Roth himself, it’s not called “Is This Too Orange?” anymore…there’s no new title yet, but he scrapped that old one to make sure nobody confused (or compared) it with Frank Ocean’s “Channel Orange”.
