John Legend

John Legend is bringing some soul back to music with his fourth solo album Love in the Future. Co-executive produced by Legend, Kanye West, and Dave Tozer, who he worked with on his debut Get Lifted and Once Again, the follow-up to 2008’s Evolver is due this fall.

The Grammy-winning crooner is giving fans a taste of his new material leading up to the album’s release. To kick things off, he previewed a new song called “Caught Up,” co-written by Mr. West and produced by Hit-Boy. In the accompanying video, he is seen recording at Germano Studios in New York with Kanye.

Legend, who is featured on the upcoming G.O.O.D. Music compilation Cruel Summer, will perform some of his new music when he hits the road for a North American theater tour, beginning October 16 in Clearwater, Florida. Tickets go on sale August 17. See tour dates below.
