will.i.am blasts off with his new single “Reach for the Stars (Mars Edition).” The triumphant tune sounds like the score for a movie with a big symphonic intro and ad-libs from Lil Jon.
“Why do they say the sky is the limit when I seen them footprints on the moon?” asks an Auto-Tuned will, while a chorus of children sings the empowering hook.
The Black Eyed Peas frontman has teamed up with NASA to broadcast the song from the surface of Mars via the Curiosity rover at 1 p.m. PST today.
His star-studded solo album #willpower is rumored to feature collaborations with Rihanna, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, and more.

Production is amazing. the song is greatly written. the auto-tune makes the song suck though

so much autotune…it ruins the song and makes it sound too dated.

Good lyics, amazing production. auto-tune makes the song bad

His music is so uninspired and it feels like a chore to listen to his latest singles all the way through. I keep waiting for something good, but I guess his creativity peaked a while ago.

Lol using Melody Hossaini’s quote from the Apprentice UK… “don’t tell me the skys the limit when there are footprints on the moon”
Will.I.Am is a certified English guy now

the composition sucks. just because you take some synth strings and put some random noise together doesn’t make it good.

When it started it sounded like it might be amazing sadly it didn’t take off. It had potential though.
