2 Chainz unwraps the strange and celebratory video for “Birthday Song,” the second single off his No. 1 album Based on a T.R.U. Story. The clip, which he describes as “left field,” co-stars Kanye West and plenty of big booties.

The Atlanta rapper, who just reached 1 million followers on Twitter, explained how he connected with ‘Ye. “It was an idea I had. He heard it. Of course he felt like he got that present already,” 2 Chainz told Rap-Up TV, referring to Kim Kardashian.

You know what? I actually enjoy 2 chainz brand of trap music. Other trap rappers take themselves too seriously and it becomes wack and a joke. But 2 chainz is having fun and trying to make funny music (with some witty and hilarious punchlines) that is made for the club that isnt meant to be compared to Lupe, Common, K. Dot, etc.

If this is considered art then we are worse off then I imagined. This is BullS#$@. Rappers have an obligation to the people who buy their albums and go to their concerts. They do not have the right to poison the youth with this crap and lets be real, parents are not always home to do damage control…regardless these things are available on your mobile or tablet device which can be accessed through any other device …regardless of the parents being responsible to put up blocks on their kids devices. They can find it anywhere with good attentive parents, this is where society comes into play with responsibility to protect ALL children from this bullshit which includes the artist themselves. They know this s#&@ is mostly watched by children so they should be responsible like any other business, Know your demographic but they obviously don’t give a s$%#. We have standards for our clergymen, Teachers, Doctors and Lawyers but the professional entertainers who make the most money from US are given a free past without any standards being imposed on them to protect the mind from filth.
