Rap-Up.com || Nicki Minaj Marches Into Day 2 of ‘American Idol’ Auditions

Nicki Minaj struck up the band while heading into the second day of “American Idol” auditions in New York. With a smile on her face, the leader of the Barbz swapped out her neon wig for a blonde one, pairing it with a marching band helmet, patterned stockings, and a belt as she puckered up for photographers.

The rumor mill is already abuzz over tension between Nicki and fellow judge Mariah Carey. According to TMZ, the pop diva has been interrupting Nicki during her critiques of the contestants. Each time Mimi interrupted, Nicki responded by loudly talking over Mariah. “These girls just don’t like each other,” says one insider.

Even Roman has taken a shot at critiquing the contestants. “Oh he already has. Trust,” said Nicki when asked if her feisty alter ego made an appearance.
