Wiz Khalifa is known for his smoking anthems, but he switches lanes on “Remember You,” the second single off his sophomore album O.N.I.F.C. The Taylor Gang leader teams with The Weeknd on the slow-burning jam.
Due December 4, the album will feature production from Pharrell, Jim Jonsin, Pop Wansel, Sledgren, Cardo, Germ, and more.
The soon-to-be-father will launch his “2050 Tour” with fellow Taylors Juicy J, Chevy Woods, and LoLa Monroe on October 12 in University Park, Penn.
@Stephen, I’m not “knocking” dude … I like his R&B/rock sound. But folks need to stop lying to themselves with the MJ comparisons … that talent was one in a million and a lot of people didn’t appreciate him while they had him. Now that he’s gone, society is ready to crown every artist with a pinch of creativity as “this generation’s MJ.”
@Niall, I’m pretty sure kronik was saying that MJ is more rare than 1 in a million, as the number of ‘humans in existence’ is certainly more than 1 million.
These comments were right! The Weeknd was awesome and did actually sound a little like Michael Jackson! And I kinda like wiz, but this verse was just a hell no for this song. Im trying to get how what he was saying had anything to do with the chorus and his flow was so off.
This is dope, but I wish this was J. Cole, Big Sean or Drake’s single instead, because I think they could’ve killed it better than Wiz. His flow is boring, lyrics are too repetitive, nothing differentiates his verse from anything else he’s rapped, and it’s not even on topic of what The Weeknd’s hook and verse are saying.

The Weeknd? After the disappointing Work Hard, Play Hard, Wiz has my attention once again.

Alright cover but whats with the video. Just ’cause you film a lot of random out of focus fogotae and cut it together does not make it a music video.
