Fresh off announcing the first dates of his “Carpe Diem” world tour, Chris Brown puts his life on the line in the cinematic video for “Don’t Judge Me,” the fifth single off his chart-topping album Fortune. The blond singer makes his way through the desert before arriving at an army base. He suits up in his Black Pyramid gear and prepares to board a spaceship.

When a reporter, who also happens to be his girlfriend, asks him why he would risk his life on a suicide mission, he responds, “I’m doing a service for my country and my planet. If that means saving the people I love and I care about, then that’s what I’ll do.”

A brave Breezy prepares for takeoff as tears stream down his face. He has flashbacks of his girlfriend before the rocket collides with a meteor and he saves the world.

Watch Chris’ selfless act of heroism in the emotional clip, which he co-directed with Colin Tilley.

It’s always gotta be some arguing on a Chris Brown post. Why? Yes, people are going to talk about the incident and they’re always going to talk about it. Why? Because he is responsible. Chris has said himself (on Larry King) that people are always going to bring it up. No one held a gun to his head and said “assault your girlfriend this instant.” Hell, people talk about LEGENDS’ unsavory pasts in the same way they do Chris and he’s far from legendary status. EX – River Phoenix was a great actor and Whitney Houston was a great singer. For all of their talent and accomplishments, some still remember River as “the guy that died from speedball on the sidewalk in front of The Viper Room.” Some still call Whitney “that idiot who literally allowed coke to burn a hole up her nose.” That’s why it’s always best to think before you act … might not give people any justified reason for talking.

Nice video. It’s amazing the guy is reconciling with his past in this video, but people with no life try to find a way to keep bring up the same old stuff.
