The wait is over. Compton’s golden child Kendrick Lamar carries the West Coast on his back with his highly-anticipated debut good kid, m.A.A.d city. The 17-track deluxe edition boasts appearances from Drake (“Poetic Justice”), Mary J. Blige (“Now or Never”), Jay Rock (“Money Trees”), and two records with his mentor Dr. Dre, along with the singles “The Recipe” and “Swimming Pools (Drank).” It will arrive in stores and online on October 22 via Top Dawg Entertainment/Aftermath/Interscope. Surprised that “Cartoon andCereal” di dnt make the cut. The storyline wouldve fit into the concept he had for his album (his life, personal struggle etc)…….. Thats my only complaint lol

Other than that, happy its finally out. The world will finally be blessed with the talent and realness of Kendrick Lamar

Why would there be no Cole on this album? They have said that they are working together so could they not have made a track for it? Maybe Kendrick thought Cole could have put him on his album so didn’t bother or maybe because they are already working on a joint project anyway if Kendrick is looking to do numbers he needs features I’m not doubting it will be a tru hip-hop album for us fans but a drake/gaga/cole feature always helps
