Rap-Up.com || New Music: Solange – ‘Sleep in the Park’

Late last night, Solange debuted her new single and video for “Losing You.” If you purchased the song on iTunes, you may have also noticed the B-side “Sleep in the Park.” The soul sister keeps love alive on the Prince-inspired record. “We got a long, long way to go/ We can survive on love, baby,” sings Solo over a clapping beat. Get into her groove.

the chorus is the best part, the verses is a bit underwhelming for me. But nice to see her brave enough to stay in her own lane

Today is a good day for me in regards to music. Just got back from Target and copped the deluxe edition of Miguel’s “Kaleidoscope Dream” and just purchased Solange’s new songs on Itunes. I feel like these songs are an extension of what was on “Sol-Angel & The Hadley St. Dreams” so I’m happy. Support good music!
