« Jay-Z Brings Out Beyoncé at Final Barclays Center ShowMariah Carey and Nick Cannon Enjoy ‘Family Day’ with Their Twins »Brandy Puts It Down at Factory in West Hollywood [Video]![]() The camera phones came out when Brandy hit the stage at Hype Fridays at Ultra Suede at Factory in West Hollywood on Friday night. The R&B diva performed a short and sweet set consisting of her two singles “Wildest Dreams” and “Put It Down” off her upcoming album Two Eleven (Oct. 16). As the crowd cheered her on, she delivered some killer moves, hitting all the right notes. She took a moment to speak to her fans, or Starz as she calls them. “I believe in Two Eleven and I just want to say with every fiber of my being, you are in for a treat when you get this album,” she said. “It’s unbelievable the people I worked with. I’m so happy that I have this opportunity once again to share what God gave me with you because it’s nothing without you guys.” Last week, she previewed two songs off the album, “No Such Thing As Too Late” and “Let Me Go,” produced by Bangladesh and Sean Garrett.

@AimNfirE, No ma’am Ms. Brandy. Has Been is really trying to make the comeback, what a waste of good money, these labels have to learn.

@Ed Musique, “Put it Down” is #3 on the R&B charts, and at one point #1 on 106&Park which is what the kids watch. People are flocking to see her perform live in various venues clubs included. Clearly people both young and of age are checking for her. She’s on all the major urban and pop blogs every time she drops music or a performance video. What does the label have to learn exactly? She’s already back, she’s not trying anything. Why are you so mad?

@freshed, As much as I want her to move over 200,000 units first week, lets not forget Usher, Chris Brown, and Trey Songz all moved just 125-135K their first week in stores. Sales are different now. I predict Brandy will do 60-70K first week, but I guess nowadays that’s pretty good. She’ll make top 5 no doubt with those sales.

@Kyle,
Usher, Chris Brown and Trey Songz release albums every year. Brandy hasn’t dropped an album since 2008, that was 4 years ago. Her album is highly anticipated. She will debut at #1
BTW regardless of the numbers Chris Brown produced, his number debuted at the #1 spot, so you are correct what was 1# 5 years ago isn’t #1 today.

Correction, his last album ‘Fortune’ debuted at #1

@PlainSight, exactly. Chart position wasn’t my point. My point was that it shifted pretty low #’s in its first week, considering his previous album debuted with over 250K. I just don’t want Brandy fans to get their hopes up and think she is going to do huge #’s when it’s possible that she might not.

AMAZING!!! I’m sensing something different about Brandy. She seems so much more confident. There’s like this fire in her eyes…I like it! That song Wildest Dreams is my jam. It has an old school vibe to it, but still modern. Could’ve easily been one of her old jams. Her female background dancers are killin!! I also, really wanna see Brandy and CB perform Put It Down together. And Tyler hurry up with that movie!!! I wanna see Brandy on tv again!!!! I can’t wait for the album!!!! :)

Brandys album will sell between 80k-130k in its first week. If it sells more than 130k ill be surprised but everyone knows the state the music industry is in Brandy will be lucky to sell over 100k.

Wildest Dreams is by far the best song ive heard this year in r&b so old school sounding and refreshing. When i was driving the other day and listening to the song in the car it just gives me a great vibe and reminds me back when music was so good.

How long has Brandy been going now? Why is she still performing in clubs? Shouldn’t she be doing international promotional duties? World tours? Not $5 clubs? No shade, but I’d genuinely like to know.

Everything was just 100% perfect. Brandy is a perfectionist. I know because her last performance didnt go as well she was gonna bring it 100X harder. If this is how shes performing for wildest dreams , i already know shes going to slay “let me go” choreography
