Rap-Up.com || Drake Graduates From High School

Rapper, actor, and now Drake can add high school graduate to his list of accomplishments. After five months of work, the Young Money superstar has received his diploma.

He took to Twitter to share the good news. “97% on my final exam. 88% in the course,” he tweeted. “One of the greatest feelings in my entire life. As of tonight I have graduated high school!”

The 25-year-old rapper also took a moment to thank his teacher. “Thank you to my teacher Kim Janzen for spending the last 5 months working tirelessly with me!!” he said.

At the age of 15, Drizzy dropped out of high school to pursue a role on the television series “Degrassi: The Next Generation.” He was one credit short of graduating.

In August, he announced that he would be spending his summer getting his high school diploma.

Some of his famous friends congratulated him on the accomplishment including Gayle King. “Congratulations to YOU! 97 out of 100 excellent go to the head of the class,” she wrote.

@TRUTH, im investing in a generic business degree as a plan B. It is not a bad idea to have a back up plan. Afterall if im not successful in my creative aspirations, then yeah, and have a basic ass degree that can at minimum…looks good on a resume. I respect this. for someone who have no need for a diploma to spend 5 months pursuing it is admirable. I am going through something similar. 2 months away from finishing a degree that I have no intentions to use. I want to quit every week and do what I really desire but this gives me hope.
