The red carpet rolled out for Rihanna in West Hollywood last night. The “Diamonds” singer was crowned queen of West Hollywood during the city’s annual Halloween Carnaval. Wearing a body-hugging black dress, tiara, and holding a scepter, she assumed her throne and was presented with the key to the city by the mayor of West Hollywood, who bowed in her presence. RiRi’s mother Monica also joined her for a photo opp.
“Thank you guys so much. I feel really special. I do feel like a queen right now,” said Rihanna while accepting the honor. “I’m not even from this city, so it’s a big deal to be honored in the city and by the gay and lesbian community. I will make you guys very proud.”
Later in the evening, she hosted a Halloween Costume Ball at Greystone Manor, partying with pals including Chris Brown and Paris Hilton.
