Life is good for Tyga these days. In addition to welcoming his first son and buying a $6.5 million mansion, the “Rack City” rapper has completed his next album Hotel California.

During Sunday’s American Music Awards, he announced the release date and first single. “I just finished my new album Hotel California,” said Tyga, fresh from touring with Nicki Minaj in the U.K. “It will be coming out March. We got the new single. It’s called ‘187’ featuring Rick Ross.”

The sound won’t stray far from Careless World: Rise of the Last King, which was released in February. “I’m comfortable. I’ve built my own sound, but I’m not going to drift away from that sound too much,” Tyga told Complex.

His “T-Raww” shoe line with Reebok will debut in stores in January, but fans will have to wait for his mixtape Fan of a Fan 2. Chris Brown confirmed that the collaborative project has been postponed.
