New Music: Rick Ross – ‘100 Black Coffins’![]() Rick Ross is going Hollywood. The Maybach Music boss lends his voice to the soundtrack to Quentin Tarantino’s western Django Unchained. On “100 Black Coffins,” Rozay narrates a dark tale produced by Jamie Foxx, who plays a slave-turned-bounty hunter in the film. “I seen 100 ni**as die/ I put that on my life/ Lord, I wouldn’t tell a lie,” raps GQ’s “Bawse of the Year.” In addition to Ross, the soundtrack includes contributions from John Legend, Anthony Hamilton, and a collaboration between late legends James Brown and Tupac Shakur. Despite earlier reports, Frank Ocean’s record did not make the final tracklisting. Listen to the song and watch the movie trailer below.

The irony of Rick Ross making the soundtrack and Frank Ocean not. Sick.
