Rap-Up.com || Alicia Keys Performs ‘Brand New Me’ at Royal Variety Gala

Alicia Keys put on a royal performance for the Queen of England and the British Royal Family during the annual Royal Variety gala in London. Fresh off the release of her new album Girl on Fire, the R&B songstress sat at the piano and performed her powerful single “Brand New Me,” which she calls her “autobiography.”

Girl on Fire is expected to top the charts this week with sales between 145,000 and 170,000, giving Alicia her fourth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200.

@dave, album sales as a whole are much lower than they used to be.

We have to compare album sales in context.

damn she flopped hard at number 1…161k in sales. At least B and Ri got at least 300k/200k at number 1.

where did 540k fans go? They were the respective group of people that didn’t want to be associated with a homewrecka.

@aliciasahomewrecka, She is competing with Rhianna. Rhianna is like no. six or something now. Anyway it doesn’t matter because Alicia is no. 1 now regardless of how many sales. It’s only people like you that would have some kind of stupid comparison to try and make her look bad. Doesn’t work, she has too many people who love her and her music to take anything you say seriously.
