The Game Defends Chris Brown on ‘Howard Stern Show’

Game

Game kicked off the release week for Jesus Piece with a visit to Howard Stern’s radio show. The outspoken rapper tackled the shock jock’s loaded questions including one about his friend Chris Brown.

“It’s like a little brother of mine,” said Game of Breezy, who appears on his single “Celebration.”

Game was there when Chris was going through a difficult time. “I did the best that I could counseling him through that and I feel like he made it back OK. And they’re back together,” he said of Chris’ reunion with Rihanna. “I figured they were young and that was one of those Hollywood mishaps. I don’t think it will happen again.”

When asked if he would let his daughter get back with a man who abused her, Game replied, “Let’s not paint that picture.”

Despite being prodded by Howard, Game stood his ground. “You’re trying to get me to kill Chris Brown? That’s not gonna happen, Howard,” he said sternly.

AAAhh, I wouldn’t say that he defended him. I would say that he did the best he can to defend him. I mean, Howard is a racist bitch. But S/O to the homie Game. Team Breezy :)

@RaadBassam, you people need to stop playing the racism card whenever a white person critiques a black person. there are plenty of respectable black men and chris brown isn’t one of them. get over it.

@XO till we overdose…, Deny it all you want to but there are times where race plays a hand. How many white men, non-singers and all who are in the public eye have beat their girlriends and wives and still don’t have the same level of criticism as Chris Brown does? Charlie Sheen comes to mind, and correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t shoot a woman?

IMO, I don’t really think his race played or plays a big hand in this situation as much as the fact that he beat up his SUPER STAR girlfriend does. Once again, Charlie Sheen shot a woman, an ESCORT, that’s why ppl seem to care so much about Chris Brown and Rihanna. Heidi Fleiss is someone’s daughter too and if I’m not mistaken she had somewhat of a relationship/friendship with Charlie after the fact, but did anybody care about her? NO!

@Pucci, are you kidding? everyone thinks charlie sheen is CRAZY. it’s not like he shoots a girl and people look up to him. people think chris brown is a hothead because he beat a girl, storms through a studio window, beefs with someone different on twitter every week, rage quits twitter whenever he gets criticizes, comes back 1 week later because he loves the attention so much, and then repeats!
people who do stupid things get made fun of and criticized. you know how much charlie sheen was criticized and made fun of after his ‘bi-winning’ interview? he just didn’t have such a short temper and treated it as a joke as opposed to chris brown who gets mad whenever someone doesn’t like him.

@XO till we overdose…, if the truth hurts so be it. don’t get me wrong, i’m not racist at all but when it comes to Chris Brown, it is a racial issue. u never see any black celebrity talking shit to Chris unless their beefing but other than that, its only white people that keeps bringing old shit up.

@Jason, so when black people bring up his ‘incident’, it’s because they’re beefing, when white people bring it up, it’s just because white people are racist? you have absolutely NO logic whatsoever. how is this white dude sitting there joking around with game if he’s racist towards black people? last time i checked, game is still black. oprah criticized chris brown, is oprah beefing with chris brown or is she just a racist towards black people?
some people don’t like it when someone beats up their girlfriend. if that’s to difficult for you to understand, then i apologize.

*sigh* The majority of people who constantly talk about Chris Brown and Rihanna do not even care about what happened between them… They only talk about it because Chris Brown + Rihanna = ratings.

And Chris Brown and Rihanna play with the situation too (It’s “Nobody’s Business” … but we keep posting suspect pictures on twitter and IG… But it’s nobody’s business… right ?)= $$$$

If you are REALLY affected by the whole situation, do something that would help victims of domestic violence. Bashing Chris Brown won’t help the women/men who get slapped, punched and killed every day.

And please… stop being gullible. “Real eyes, Realize, Real lies.”

    @bobs,
    - Third Time: steal some girl’s camera? – The girl admitted that Chris Brown didn’t do it but someone in Tyga’s crew. She lied because she knew that Chris Brown’s name would give her her 15 minutes of fame ( a strategy used by a lot of people… Sad.)

    - Fourth Time: Try to kill drake ? Oh…? And when exactly because I don’t remember. You must be talking about what happened in New York, when Chris Brown and Drake didn’t even touch each other.

Newsflash: Not Everything You Read On The Internet Is True boo boo.

    God bless you though.

People need to start focusing their domestic abuse hate on Joe Budden! He beat the baby out of his baby mom in attempt to kill her and the fetus! This man killed his flesh and blood!

    [Reply]

    shmoe Reply:

@HateJoeBudden, Joe budden is now where near famous as Chris brown. so his name has no credibilty when it comes to media-press-publicity, ratings, etc,.

    [Reply]

    Pucci Reply:

@HateJoeBudden, You are absolutley… But Joe Budden, as someone said before is nowhere near as famous as Chris Brown was at the time of his incident. Plus, his baby moms wasn’t a SUPER STAR at the time. You see the media picks & chooses who they want to focus on and who they want to focus on, giving the audience no choice but to care about the situation that’s being showcased. Joe Budden’s bm, probably some hooker who deserved it (is what most ppl would think), Rihanna (the global POP Princess, who should be loved & not beaten)… This is a sad fact but true, look at K. Michelle, there are ppl who still don’t believe her even though Memphitz story has changed several times since she aired him out on national tv.

Please girls– go get your ass beat. Get your daughter, your mother, your sister beat, and then let’s talk.

Rihanna is no woman. She’s a disgrace TO women, who are tryin so hard to get out of a bad place, and never go back. She’ll never be like Nicki. Aint NO man will EVER lay a hand on Nicki. That’s a woman who stands up for women EVERYWHERE!!!!

@YMCMINAJ, I agreed wholeheartedly with you until you started the holy dance for Nicki. She stands up for women everywhere, huh? Is that why she thinks women are “stupid hoes?”

    [Reply]

    Pucci Reply:

@YMCMINAJ, Rihanna is more of a WOMAN/HUMAN BEING than you & most of the ppl judging her. It takes some serious balls to forgive someone who hurt you the way Chris Brown did. No one wants to applaud her for that though. Forget that she’s back with him, but she actually forgave him? Can you do that? Can any of us do that? Can Nicki? I don’t think so. So do us a favor & stfu.
