Rap-Up.com || 2 Chainz Performs on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’

2 Chainz turned late night all the way up with his appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” With two gold chains around his neck, the G.O.O.D. Music affiliate performed his latest single “I’m Different” off his Grammy-nominated debut Based on a T.R.U. Story, ending it with his signature catchphrase, “Truuu!”

A video for the DJ Mustard-produced song is on the way. “I wrote the treatment for that and I’m really excited to continue pushing the envelope and giving the fans something to see, some excitement again, really building that curiosity up with hip-hop again—I’m happy to be one of the frontrunners for that campaign,” 2 Chainz told MTV News.

Also look for a new album from the Atlanta rapper in the new year. “I’m trying to turn in my album by April of next year,” he said.

I agree with what someone above said about him performing for the “wrong crowd”, but they seem to be vibin’ to it. lol. He looks a lil awkward on stage, but I like his ‘hood’ music.
