After building his buzz with his singles, mixtapes, and guest verses, French Montana is ready to make his official debut in 2013. The Bad Boy rapper has announced that his album Excuse My French will arrive next spring.
While he was originally eyeing a fourth quarter 2012 release, the project will now drop on March 12, 2013. French took to Twitter to make the announcement. “#excusemyfrench march 12 juuhearddd haannnn,” he said.
French scored a hit over the summer with his strip club anthem “Pop That” featuring Drake, Lil Wayne, and Rick Ross, and recently followed it up with “Marble Floors” featuring Ross, Weezy, and 2 Chainz.
Executive produced by Diddy and Rick Ross, Excuse My French is expected to feature contributions from Nicki Minaj, M.I.A., Lana Del Rey, The Weeknd, Wiz Khalifa, Wale, Max B, and more.
