« Rihanna Donates $1.75 Million in Equipment to Barbados HospitalVideo: 2 Chainz – ‘I’m Different’ »Chris Brown: ‘After This Album I Wanna Leave This Planet’![]() Chris Brown has had enough of music industry politics. The R&B superstar took to Instagram to air out his frustrations and even threatened to leave it all behind.
“Real artist are an endangered species! This gimmick age is fucking corny as fuck!” wrote an upset Breezy. After his next album Carpe Diem drops in 2013, he plans to escape to another world. “After this album I wanna leave this planet,” said Chris, whose album Fortune was nominated for Best Urban Contemporary Album at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards. “Be you but fucking get credit for the work u do. Not becuz someone cosigns who knows absolutely nothing about music and culture!” he said. It’s unclear what exactly triggered the comment. He later deleted the post. @2bad2bme, yeah the industry is messed up, but chris brown criticizing how gimmicky the industry is? that’s like the kkk accusing fox news of being racist.
chris brown is the biggest attention whore in the history of mankind. he beefs with a different celebrity every week and always threatens to quit music/twitter blah blah blah and comes back a week later because he couldn’t live without the attention. he sings about his personal life being “nobody’s business” and then puts out a professionally edited video about his personal life. this guy is like the romney of the music industry.
and ‘fake pop mess’? have you HEARD turn up the music? don’t wake me up? beautiful people? yeah 3x?
don’t get me wrong, i like some of his music but most middle schoolers are more mature than this kid.
btw, if your comment was meant to be sarcastic, then sorry about my rant.

The “Romney” of music? What this has to do with anything? Are you one of those people who can’t stop spewing his political beliefs in unrelated discussions?
But i kinda agree with you, until you cited beautiful people and yeah 3x. Those are superior songs, as long as the eurodance elettro rnb fad goes.

@Lock2, I’m sorry if that comment came off as political, I was just trying to say that chris brown is insanely inconsistent with everything he does. and i’m not saying beautiful people and yeah 3x are bad songs, i’m saying that those songs are classic examples of the trend towards techno-pop so you can’t criticize the direction that pop is heading and yet compliment chris brown.

He clearly lives his life through Twitter and all other forms of social media which is plagued by 10-13 year olds who don’t even know what life is even about yet. He should stay offline for a week and I guarantee you he would think differently about the music industry. Same thing goes for Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and all the other attention-seeking whores who do nothing but post stupid pictures of themselves and tweet how successful and cool they are. #LAME.

Look at his pics he put out there, look at how he treating these women who love him. He talk shit on twitter and delete it. What about all the things he continue to do. Apart from a few dance tracks, his album is unlistenable. It didnt even deserve a grammy nomination. He’s complaining about the music industry, but theyre supporting him when they could be supporting real musicians, not puppets who get producers to do all the creative work, and then claim they’re an artist! He’s a dancer and a very average singer. Nowhere near MJ or Ushers ability. Be thankful you fukin whiner

I can’t anymore. How many times has he done this now??? I know that he’s no longer the teenager that everybody loved with his first two albums but I think we all can agree that we miss THAT Chris. Someone help him out, seriously. and to those of you who defend him: believe me, we know that he’s gotta deal with this on a daily basis, but IMHO you’d think he’d grown stronger and just did him. Now half the time he’s on the news for anything but his music. and the whole “real artists” thing?? most of his music now sounds like that of EVERY POP ARTIST RIGHT NOW, and if it doesn’t it sounds like Today’s hip-hop and R&B which in my opinion is not good AT ALL. only a few people like Elle Varner and Frank Ocean have that category of “Real Artist”. if he takes himself off of twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and whatever other social network and spent some time to himself to get his head together, maybe he can be more likable. If those rumors about him doing some serious drugs are true, the best move is to disappear before he becomes Lindsey Lohan

He wants to have a break from the industry of from these two women. He wants some time to be alone and think about what it is that he really wants. He wants to breathe. He is asphyxiated by all this drama and the fictitious life he is leading and I think it is fair for him to be alone and rest from the outside world.

@rox, I can’t feel bad for him as far as Rihanna and Karrueche (I don’t know how to spell her name) go. We might never know the FULL details of their relationship before the infamous car ride and obviously she still talks about (Love Without Tragedy), but it would’ve been better to keep it mutual and not too close with her again so soon. even though it was a couple years since that incident, there was almost no good reason to go anywhere near that bridge again. Especially when he had a new girlfriend (Karrueche) and the drama surrounding Rihanna and her possibly screwing Drake, J. Cole, and other men in the industry was stirring. And speaking of Karrueche, I don’t know what she did to him because as far as it’s being played out, he screwed up. and He’s not making much of an effort to defend himself on that. It just looks like their relationship would’ve been good if he could’ve stopped fukkin with Rihanna every five minutes and getting caught with her and everyone but Kae. I want Chris to have it good for once, but Like the Weeknd’s “Valerie” “There comes a time in a man’s life where he must take responsibility for the choices he has made”

No one is perfect. If Chris needs to vent then let him. Just because he has money does not mean he has everything. If he is such an attention whore as much as ya’ll say then why feed him with the negative comments? I mean it obviously doesn’t matter in this world if does positive or negative, he still gets the negative whether from his past or current. Just saying stop criticizing him. He is trying to live life and have fun even in this crazy world.

The fact that he calls himself a real artist is so lame. He needs to get off his high horse and stop being a little punk and give it a rest. He always plays the victim when he created everything he now hates himself.
