Still coming off the high of 2012, Kendrick Lamar is gearing up for an even bigger 2013. The West Coast’s new king has been booked to perform on “Saturday Night Live” later this month.
The “Swimming Pools” MC will play musical guest on the January 26 episode with host Adam Levine. He will perform material off his critically-acclaimed debut good kid, m.A.A.d city, which was recently certified gold.
“SNL x Jan 26th… ya bish…” wrote Kendrick on his Facebook page.
Just yesterday, he released the video for “Backseat Freestyle” and can be heard on Dido’s new single “Let Us Move On.”
