« New Music: Trinidad James f/ T.I., Young Jeezy, & 2 Chainz – ‘All Gold Everything (ATL Remix)’Kanye West and Kim Kardashian Purchase $11 Million Mansion »Video: Eve – ‘She Bad Bad’![]() Eve is back and badder than ever. After a decade-long hiatus, the Philly rapper returns for 2013 with the chic video for “She Bad Bad,” the first single off her fourth album Lip Lock. The former pit bull in a skirt looks like a million bucks as she struts in high-fashion looks in the slick clip. Eve has been releasing remixes to popular hits including Rihanna’s “Diamonds,” Miguel’s “Adorn,” and Big Sean’s “Guap” as part of her “EVEstylin’ Tuesdays” viral series. The follow-up to 2002’s Eve-Olution will please both new and old fans. “It was important for me to do this record for people that love me in the beginning,” Eve told Angie Martinez. “I think I took lyrically what people fell in love with me with Ruff Ryders and brought it to where I am now musically. I think when people hear it, they’re gonna be like, ‘Yo, that’s my girl.’” Look for her official comeback this April on her own label, Blondie Rockwell Inc.

I actually liked this video.
The single isn’t like anything else that is being played on the radio (which is good), and it feel’s good as hell to see an older female rapper making a actual comeback.

Glad to see Eve return! I still think she should’ve released “Get Out Of this Town” simply because it’s a mainstream song that will put her back on the map.

@Righteous, Eve has always respected females in Hip Hop and that’s why you rarely hear about beefs with Eve and anyone. She HAS said in interviews she respects Nicki. Eve’s the first lady of Ruff Rider and the Bulldog. If she wanted to call Nicki out she would. So, what it boils down to is whack ass rumors from low budget fans creating something out of nothing. Respect the music, respect the hustle and stop tryin’ to read between the lines ’cause it’s becoming clear you’re illiterate.

@A’ron, honestly believe that EVE IS coming for nicki. “Sicki, Gimmick” is too much of a coincidence. I also think that Missy’s last few buzz singles have shots for nicki in them.
Nicki rubbed a lot of good ppl the wrong way. I don’t think we as fans know everything that is going on behind the scenes and I’m VERY sure crazy nicki deserves it.
That being said. To hell with all of that. Respect the Music.

@Realistically, oooooooh agreed! I love Missy and I’ve been a BIIIIIG fan since “Supa Dupa Fly” but those songs were a little too left field. 9 times out of 10 if people can’t dance to it, catch a good quote from it and remember it after it’s over, it’s probably not gonna do much. Unfortunately, those songs didn’t really hit any of those spots. Although they were good lyrical showings the other parts didn’t measure up but as a fan? I STILL wanted to see videos for them. I know Missy could’ve (and still can) MAKE me love those tracks via a video.

Some people have no sense. Having your own label is the smartest move you could possibly make cause she will be profitting off everything she releases. No money is going to a major label its going to her own label. Eve has already proved herself on a Major. The state the music industry is in thats the best thing to do. Cause if any of her singles do really well thats a lot of money in her pocket.

eve did a good job with the visuals. i like the fact that she is doing this with her OWN label. that means the funds go directly to her. She doesnt have to worry about recouping to pay the record label back. The fact she doesnt have a major label behind her and producing such a good visual goes to show she’s creative. Alot of artists are starting their own record label nowadays they are getting sick of the industry foolery. Ashanti has her own label with Written Entertainment and a host of other artists.
