Rap-Up.com || Rihanna Unveils Single Covers for ‘Stay’ and ‘Pour It Up’

After scoring her 12th No. 1 hit with “Diamonds,” Rihanna is readying the follow-up singles from her chart-topping album Unapologetic. The sexy superstar took to Twitter to unveil the artwork for her pop radio record “Stay” and urban single “Pour It Up.”

On the cover for the Mikky Ekko-assisted “Stay,” RiRi rests her head on the shoulder of a man, who appears to be her on-again lover Chris Brown.

She heads to the strip club with her bass-heavy banger “Pour It Up,” produced by Mike WiLL Made It (“Bandz a Make Her Dance”). With a drink in hand, a ratchet RiRi sports a Trapstar hat in the red-and-black imagery.

She says it’s “nobody business” but she makes it errbody’s business with stunts like this.

As much as I am disappointed to see her with Chris Brown again…its a compelling love story and the picture for the single cover has a lot of emotion to it, much like the song, so it unfortunately works.

The Pour it up cover is kind of a miss for me. Honestly she can put anything on a single cover and I’ll still love it, but something about this one is a little too ‘rachet’ for me.

@Connor, Exactly! Stay is a beautiful song but this single cover is crap. Its to the point where it makes it look like she is obsessed with Chris. And how attractive is that. The man who BASHED your face in. But Rihanna “WANTS HIM TO STAAAAAAAAAAY!” It really seems like she has way more interest and affection for him than he has for her. Chris is clearly a womanizer but she keeps chasing him. There are other fish in the sea in this world but she is stuck on this douche bag. I feel like Rihanna loses alot of her swag when she does all this chris brown crap. She looks so much better when she not acting like shes dick whipped from her ex who literally beat her. SMH.

“Stay” is probably Rihanna’s best vocal performance on a record EVER (second being “Cold Case Love” on Rated R), and when she does it live she kills it. Maybe because of the genuine feelings behind the record? I don’t know, but it definitely shows that there is some kind of real ability in this crazy girl LMAO. “Pour It Up”, is fun and definitely her next #1 hit.

I don’t like ‘Stay’. I bought her album and that’s the one song I always skip over. I like Pour It Up but I already can feel radio stations over playing it until the point where I hate it. I like Half Of Me though, she should do something with that song.
