Marsha Ambrosius heads to the front lines of love in a preview of her video for “Cold War,” the Diplo-produced single off her upcoming sophomore album Friends & Lovers. The cinematic clip co-stars the cast of HBO’s “The Wire.”

“You can expect me to be a complete asshole on one album,” she told Rap-Up TV of the follow-up to her 2011 debut Late Nights & Early Mornings. “Honestly and openly, the expressions of a woman, a very honest woman, and I’m not taking any prisoners.”

Last year, the British songbird served up an appetizer with her mixtape Hors D’Oeuvres…Prelude: Friends & Lovers.

The “Cold War” video will premiere tomorrow on BET’s “106 & Park.” Get a sneak peek below.
