Rap-Up.com || New Music: Ester Dean f/ Missy Elliott

Ester Dean made us “Drop It Low,” and now she cranks up the volume with Missy Elliott on “How You Love It,” the first single off her upcoming Interscope debut Story Never Told. The singer-songwriter, who has penned hits for Rihanna and Katy Perry, challenges her man to make a move, while Missy delivers some wicked wordplay on the adrenaline-fueled club banger.

Ester, who was previously managed by Roc Nation, is also readying a mixtape for release this winter.

I love Ester….she can work the hell out of a hook and all her tracks make me wanna get up and start droppin it! Missy did great too..I know she’s supposed to be workin on her album but I feel like she need to a drop a mixtape or somethin to hold the people over who’ve been waiting this long.

I’m mad they cut the end of Missy’s verse with that DJ tag!!! UGH!!! I was so intrigued by how she started the verse that was different for Missy and I was hype to hear that!!!! Missy has always been an innovator when it comes to her raps so I hope she really comes out swinging this year with something harder than 9th Inning and the other song… Love Missy always have, but those didn’t really pack the punch I’m used to her delivering.
