Rap-Up.com || Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz Step Out in Style to NRJ Music Awards

Following a day of celebration for her 32nd birthday, Alicia Keys was back to work, attending the NRJ Music Awards 2013 in Cannes, France. The Grammy-winning singer and her husband Swizz Beatz were all smiles as they held hands and walked the red carpet. Alicia stunned in a black cutout dress, while Swizz looked sharp in a blue suit and fedora.

“Just arrived at the @nrjmusicaward show!! France, I can FEEL the LOVE!!” tweeted Alicia, fresh off the release of her Crystal Waters-inspired remix to “Brand New Me.”

She will return to the U.S. to perform the National Anthem at the Super Bowl in New Orleans next weekend. “I feel really good about it ’cause it’s gonna be just a total different version than anybody else has ever done,” she told Kiss FM in the U.K. “So many people have sang the song and it’s such a famous song. I just wanted to do it in a way that only I can do it, so I’ve created the version that only I could do.”

She looks absolutely radiant and they look truly happy.She’s not only an accomplished musician loved by millions but she’s a movie star and if they ever make a movie about Lena Horne one of the most beautiful black women in the world, Alicia Keys should be the first name to be contacted. Swizz is such a very lucky man. Of course she’s going to do it like no one else has ever done it. It’s Alicia Keys, so whether it’s sang the traditional way or with a bit of flare, it will still be very special and the way only Alicia could sing it. I know her rendition will be amazing.
