« Video: Snoop Lion f/ Mavado & Popcaan – ‘Lighters Up’ [Teaser]Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz Step Out in Style to NRJ Music Awards »Rap-Up TV: French Montana Gets Freaky with Nicki Minaj on New SingleNext week, the “Freaks” will come out when French Montana drops his new single featuring Nicki Minaj. While on set of his video for “Ocho Cinco,” the Bad Boy rapper revealed more details about the scandalous song, which samples a familiar tune from the ’90s. “We kind of redid the Li’l Vicious and Doug E. Fresh song ['Freaks'], and it will be top 40—No. 1,” a confident French told Rap-Up TV. French showered praise on his fellow New Yorker. “She’s the hottest chick to come out, I’m the hottest dude to come out of my city in a long time so I’m proud of everything she’s doing,” he said. “She is one of the best to do it as a female artist, nothing but respect for her.” “Freaks,” produced by Rico Love, is set to appear on French’s Bad Boy debut Excuse My French, which drops April 16. Lmao top 40. This shit is gonna be funny as hell. Nicki might make this song super dope though so I might be eating my words, but based on the crap he’s put out so far, I don’t have high expectations for this

If the sample IS similar to the original, then this sh!t is gonna SLAY! I already know Nicki is gonna kill her verse and I can’t wait to blast this shit in my car! I know this is random and might sound crazy..but I REALLY wanna hear a Trinidad James and Nicki collab. And before ya’ll start hatin, he’s really no worse than Gucci and she’s done several tracks with him. And considering the fact that he’s from Trinidad, it’s bound to happen one day.

Nicki has featured on many songs. Not all of them were hot. The only way this will be hot if Nicki switches up her flow. Most of the people said The Boys with Cassie was hot. But was it really.

I wish French Montana would try to do it big by himself. Sounds like he’s just throwing Nicki Minaj’s name out there to get people to buy his album. It’s ok to do that if you’re hot already, but dude can’t even make a hit single by himself yet lol smh
