Rap-Up.com || Chris Brown Gets Hand Cast After Frank Ocean Fight

Frank Ocean wasn’t the only one injured in Sunday’s scuffle at a West Hollywood recording studio. On Tuesday, Chris Brown was seen leaving his house with a hard cast on his right hand covering his knuckles.

An eyewitness told TMZ that Chris threw the first punch after Frank refused to shake his hand. However, Chris insists that he did not make the first move.

Following the chaos, Chris reportedly fled the scene. Now the “Deuces” singer wants to speak with detectives and tell his side of the story.

Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, claims that the surveillance video shows that Chris did not throw a punch. But the video also clears Frank of any wrongdoing, only showing their crews fighting.

Frank cut his finger during the altercation. “got jumped by chris and a couple guys. lol,” he tweeted. “cut my finger now I can’t play w two hands at the grammys.”

I’ll just say this:

I don’t like how this is being made into a “Chris Brown Hit a Gay Guy” story. Just because Frank is gay, that doesn’t mean he can’t fight. Just like everything isn’t always a black/white issue, everything isn’t always a gay/straight issue. Frank and many media outlets are buying into that stereotype that gay men are less than a man, because they’re gay. I don’t believe that. Frank tweeted because he wanted to be painted as the victim in the blogs and news stories. Also, if Chris was leaving and had his parking spot, why block him in so he can’t leave? Just wait, and take the spot when he’s gone.

I think Frank is a talented singer and songwriter, but he also knows he can turn people against anyone and anything because of his “sensitive” image. I still haven’t forgotten when Frank’s album was released last year, his management implied that Target wasn’t carrying the album the first week because Frank is gay. People on social media bashed Target when the real reason they didn’t carry the album the first week was because of its early digital release and Frank being a new artist who hadn’t proved that he could sell records.

@Frank Fan, Yes Frank and his management DID say that the reason Target didn’t sell his album the first week it was released was because he was gay and that had nothing to do with it. It was due to the album’s early digital release. You may want to GOOGLE that.

Frank likes to use his sexuality as a hall pass and should not feed into those stereotypes of gay men being weak. Being gay has nothing to do with knowing how to fight.

Just hope that your boy’s performance lives up to the hype that he’s created for it. We’ll all be watching.

Frank’s management insinuated that, but Frank later when on to say in a magazine interview that they didn’t carry it because they didn’t appreciate him releasing it online the week before it was due in stores. I bet that cast is a fake. So after it all happened he was well enough to take photos on Instagram which show him with no cast, and to do artwork. surveillance cameras only captured what was inside the studio, NOT outside where the fight began. Eye witness accounts have Chris Brown starting the fight when Frank Ocean refused to shake his hand and preceded to cold clock Frank. With both entourages fighting, the cops were called and Chris split. Frank Ocean remained to give his statement. During this time, a person from Chris’s camp informed TMZ about the fight and how it was all Frank’s fault. TMZ reports the fight but as well says their only source if from Chris Brown’s camp. Then Frank Ocean tweets that he was jumped.

I’m happy Frank is pressin charges … Chris can’t go around causin ruckuses and not be held accountable for dem. Maybe jail time will help Chris realize his life is goin nowhere and he needs mental help
