Melanie Fiona Duets with Michael Bolton on 'Leno'
Melanie Fiona has been making the television rounds with Michael Bolton to promote his upcoming Motown covers album Ain’t No Mountain High Enough: Tribute Hitsville. Following their appearances on “Today” and “Katie” last month, the two stopped by “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” on Monday to perform a cover of Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell’s ’60s classic “Ain’t Nothing Like the Real Thing.”
Due February 26, Bolton’s album also features a duet with Kelly Rowland on “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.”
Melanie will headline a show in San Francisco on Valentine’s Day and has been working on her third album. “I really feel like it’s going to be the strongest body of work,” she told Rap-Up TV on set of the video for her Grammy-nominated single “Wrong Side of a Love Song.”
