Alicia Keys Set to Headline NBA All-Star Game Halftime Show

From the Inaugural Ball to the Super Bowl to the Grammys and now NBA All-Star Weekend. Alicia Keys will headline the halftime show at the 62nd NBA All-Star Game in Houston this month.

The “Girl on Fire” will ignite the court with a medley of her hits as part of the “Entertainment Series presented by Sean John at Macy’s.” The game will air live on TNT from Houston’s Toyota Center on Sunday, February 17.

Earlier in the evening, Ne-Yo will introduce the All-Star players with a performance of his greatest hits, while John Legend sings the U.S. National Anthem.

On Saturday, Nick Cannon will host State Farm All-Star Saturday Night with performances by Ellie Goulding, Phillip Phillips, Fall Out Boy, and Ne-Yo’s protégée RaVaughn, who will perform the National Anthem.

Past All-Star Game performers have included Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Mariah Carey, and most recently Pitbull.

Before she takes the court, Alicia will join Maroon 5 for a special performance at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 10.
