Rap-Up.com || Beyoncé Praises Jay-Z in Oprah Interview

With a day to go until “Oprah’s Next Chapter” airs on OWN, Oprah has released a couple more excerpts from her exclusive sit-down interview with Beyoncé. In the latest clips, the private superstar gets candid about her relationship with Jay-Z and passion for performing.

The 31-year-old singer credits her husband for making her who she is today. “I would not be the woman I am if I did not go home to that man. It just gives me such a foundation,” said Mrs. Carter.

“We were friends first for a year and a half before we went on any date—on the phone for a year and a half. And that foundation is so important in a relationship. Just to have someone that you just like is so important. Someone that is honest.”

Oprah teased her about keeping their relationship so private. “I took it as far as I can take it,” laughed Bey.

Despite becoming a mother, she hasn’t lost her passion for performing. “I feel so fortunate to do my job. I love my job. I love singing. I love the way it feels,” said Blue Ivy’s mom, who was back on stage three months after giving birth.

Oprah’s interview with Beyoncé airs on Saturday at 8 p.m. on OWN, followed by the documentary Beyoncé: Life Is But a Dream at 9 p.m. on HBO.

If she was garbage, why was it worth mentioning cause OBVIOUSLY you still care and checking for RiRi which is pitiful because this is supposedly about B! Clearly, according to you, it takes bringing Rihanna down (slandering her identity) to bring Beyonce up! Really says a lot about how you view Beyonce! Beyoncé just exudes happiness—this is why so many people love her. You can tell she LOVES making music, she LOVES performing, and she LOVES pleasing her fans. Subconsciously people are attracted to others who enjoy their craft—they’re grateful, humble, and full of positivity and we all want to be like that. Beyoncé has fortunately found her God given talent and she’s using it to her best ability, HOW can you hate on that?

I think her relationship with Jay is adorable. She really really loves him. Its so cute to see people blush about their SO after being in a relationship for so long. I’m just so happy for her. She’s living her dream with a loving husband and precious child by her side. I’m not mad at all!

I just have to say that I was not interested in watching Oprah’s interview with Bey. I like interesting people who has something to say, whose life story makes a difference. To me Beyonce is over rated and over exposed…and yet, she collects all you fools money. So sad!

I think in the interview Oprah had to continuously help her answer questions. Beyonce had no kind of eye contact and answered a lot of questions indirectly! Bey is a great performer and her performances are epic so people who pay to see her aren’t fools they jus like a good show. I do however think she is over rated and as far as her secrecy I care less to really know about them like they aren’t that exclusive! Cute couple and what makes them is how successful they are idividually. Beyonce to me is average in the face her outfits are normal cute things and she has a banging body but most celebs do! Idk

I recommend that Beyonce sign-up for Toast Masters Class. It would increase her vocabulary which in turn will increase her intellectuality. It was definitely difficult watching that interview. Like previous comments, there was no eye contact. “I wondering is my shoes or will my jacket come off at the right time.” “Is and “will,” should be used in the same sentence the way she used it. I hope she completes high school as well. Maybe she has her GED. Overall, I love her music and she is an excellent performer.
