He may have success, money, and fame, but Chris Brown still wants to go back to where it started. The R&B superstar yearns for “Home” in the docu-video to his new song, which serves as an introduction to his upcoming sixth album.

Breezy documents his travels around the world, playing shows for screaming fans, dancing, and partying with his friends, while reflecting on his journey.

“Wish I could go back to when I was young/ Wish I could go back from where I came from,” sings Chris on the introspective record.

Chris recently said that he wants to bring authenticity back to music. “A lot of the music nowadays, I love it, but it’s very gimmicky. Even some of my music is gimmicky,” he told Ryan Seacrest. “But I just want to go back to the real music—a lot of instruments, the real band, essence of being able to perform and be an entertainer.”

The follow-up to Chris’ 2012 album Fortune is due later this year.

They just haven’t forgotten and they never will. Just because Rihanna is ok with Chris, that doesn’t mean everyone else will be ok with him. I think the real issue is that his actions since then don’t show that he was remorseful or that he has changed into a better person. First off ppl just need to leave CB alone about the 2009 incident. Rihanna and CB has made their mends so leave it the f*** alone. Now I loved FAME because I felt it was more RnB. Fortune I felt was stripped of some really great songs. The ones on there now I had expected like a third album. I feel like he is trying to show his true aspect of his life but it is a challenge when you are trying to make it successful at the same damn time. People give this man a chance and stop chastising him for every single damn thing. He is human and demands respect like the next person. He is in his early 20s and at this age you go through a lot of shit to just make it to your destination. He’s young and having to grow up in the public eye. Yes he had a choice just like us to take another route in life but that doesn’t give us the opportunity to belittle him or constantly insult him. This man is amazing and actually beyond his years in a lot of cases. Let him be!!! Look at his positives instead of focusing on his negatives. Not everything is going to be peachy but give him a break. I am looking forward to his next album!!! A true fan of chris brown… congratulations and thank u CB
