Astro continues to make waves after “X Factor.” The 17-year-old rapper, nicknamed The Astronomical Kid, debuts his new mixtape Deadbeats & Lazy Lyrics, hosted by DJ Tech.
The 12 original records include production from 9th Wonder, BrandUn DeShay, ThatLoserLaron, and MF Doom, plus three tracks produced by Astro himself.

I loved listening to Astro since Xfactor! His cover to ‘Hip Hop Hooray’ got me hooked, so I’m happy to see him put out new songs. I get an old school vibe of hip hop from this mixtape. Its cool to know he’s well-rounded he can do newer rap sounds and older ones too!
