Fashionably Late, Vol. II

Last October, Travis Garland switched up his sound and gained some new fans with his EP Fashionably Late. Now the Texas native continues his musical evolution with the sequel, Volume II. The 23-year-old singer, who was formerly signed to Interscope, crafts his own seductive brand of R&B with help from L.A.-based hitmakers the Stereotypes (Justin Bieber, Mary J. Blige).

“I tell people its gumbo,” the former boy band member told the L.A. Times of his edgier material. “It’s a little bit of pop and R&B, paired with growing up singing in church. And sex, vibe and art all thrown together.”

The five tracks include the single “Where to Land,” for which he shot a guerrilla-style music video in London.
