Lil Wayne Remains in Intensive Care

Lil Wayne is still in intensive care six days after being admitted for seizures due to a suspected drug overdose.

According to TMZ, the 30-year-old rapper’s condition has not improved enough to be moved out of the ICU. Hospital staff at Cedars-Sinai in L.A. continues to monitor him very closely.

Weezy has been visited by his family and friends including Drake, Nicki Minaj, Birdman, and Chris Paul. Eminem was also in L.A. over the weekend to possibly check in on his friend.

The Young Money chief was rushed to the hospital last week after suffering from multiple seizures. Doctors suspected he had overdosed on the prescription drug codeine, which is used in “sizzurp.”
