Rap-Up.com || Hit-Boy Breaks Down Beyoncé’s ‘Bow Down’ Beat

There has been much talk about Beyoncé’s new anthem “Bow Down.” Now the producer behind the song, Hit-Boy, explains how he made the beat for B in his “Beat Breakdown” video series. The hitmaker, who won a Grammy for “Ni**as in Paris,” plays the instrumental on his keyboard, adding hi-hats, snares, bells, and some of that “original Hit-Boy bounce.”

“B wanted me to make it crazy bouncy, but add the lightheartedness with the crazy R&B chords,” he said.

Watch the beat master cook up some heat for B in the lab.
