New Music: Shanell – ‘I Still Love You’ (702 Cover)

It’s Thursday and that means another throwback from Shanell. The Young Money diva, who will tour with Lil Wayne on the “America’s Most Wanted Music Festival” this summer, takes it back to 2003 with her cover of 702’s “I Still Love You.” She navigates the drum-heavy Neptunes production with ease, making it one of our favorites so far.

her voice is incredibly annoying in this song.

  3. MaZ

I prefer the original, she brings nothing new to the table. She made me miss even more Kameelah & the other girls of 702.

SMH how many make overs is this TRICK going to do! Im really getting tired of her! She is nothing but a youtube singer! Rap-up why are yall wasteing your time on reporting this chick! She isn’t a real artist!

  6. Truth

Her singles flopped so she had to result to doing song covers. She needs to build a buzz for herself but it aint working lol.

    Real Talk Reply:

@Truth, “Button” had the biggest potential to be a big hit if it was promoted and sent to radio stations but Young Money dropped the ball.
