@BKzRevenge, Everything surrounding this case is so ridiculously stupid. It was never even supposed to be about race, it never should have left the evening news, it should not have been given more coverage than any other shooting, and people need to stop giving opinions based on emotion. The courtroom was never about emotion, it was always about facts, and the fact is, there was definitely not enough proof that Zimmerman shot the kid without provocation.
I know I’m going to get so much hate for this post, but I do not care. People wanted Zimmerman behind bars not because there was sufficient proof of his guilt, but because the media made this into an issue about race as opposed to what it should have been seen as, just another murder case. Everybody freaks out about the jury not agreeing with their uneducated opinions, and nobody understands that the jury would like proof without a doubt that the accused person is guilty.
Seriously, to the people making wild accusations and death threats, I would absolutely love to see you in front of a jury being accused of a crime without sufficient proof. You would all be on your knees crying and whining about how there is not enough proof that you’re guilty, and begging the jury to give a fair verdict.
This is absolutely ridiculous. Somehow, over the course of 1 day, every single person seems to have gotten a law degree. Shut up people, none of you are more knowledgeable about the law and the case than the jury, and being emotion does not make you correct.

@XO till we overdose…, so where’s your degree? And from what we’ve all seen there was PLENTY of evidence against Zimmerman. Granted that police call telling him not to pursue, also him shooting someone (TEENAGER) unarmed, and him being too anxious to punish trespassers as just neighborhood watch. You think it’s not an emotional thing, then you’re just fucking stupid. Anybody with a heart PLUS common sense doesn’t need a degree to see that Zimmerman should’ve been found guilty. Fuck society.

    [Reply]

    XO till we overdose... Reply:

@Fuck Society, First of all, I don’t need a degree. Because unlike you people, I don’t pretend to know the law or the case better than the Jury. You guys act like you know how to give a fair verdict better than the people who do this professionally, and you act like you have a fairer view than the people who have been trained to give a completely unbiased judgement.
Police telling him not to pursue just means that he disobeyed the police, doesn’t make him a murderer. Shooting an unarmed teen does not mean that it was not self defense, just means that he was not defending himself against a weapon.
I’m stupid because I understand that the court is not about emotion? So if more people were sad about Martin’s death, should Zimmerman get a longer sentence? If the case did not have any media coverage and Martin did not have any surviving family to care for him, does that mean Zimmerman should be let go immediately because killing Trayvon did not stir up any negative emotion in anyone? This is absolutely the stupidest thing I have ever heard. If you ran the justice system, people would be convicted simply because “they seem like a criminal” and not because there’s actual proof of their guilt.
Also, I absolutely love the part where you left out how there was proof that Trayvon was on top of Zimmerman, how there was witness testimonies that Trayvon was punching Zimmerman, how there was evidence that Zimmerman shot from the ground up. This is EXACTLY what I’m talking about. People like you conveniently leave out facts and evidence just so that you can support your own opinion, and then you turn around and accuse others of being biased. I have already wasted too much of my time trying to convince a stubborn hypocrite. Have a good life buddy.

@XO till we overdose…, let me say this and I’ll be done with it. ALL of the evidence of Zimmerman being attacked by Trayvon is invalid for the one simple fact; he followed Trayvon. He asked for trouble. He provoked Trayvon. At a legal stand point, the “Stand-Your-Ground” law should’ve never even played a role with Zimmerman because he was the aggressor being that he came up to Trayvon. If anything Trayvon stood his ground. I dont see how you do not understand that. And BIASED? Youre just as biased as I am being that youre justifying Zimmerman’s actions instead of being nuetral. I think you want to be so outspoken about this case to where you make yourself look stupid (unintentionally )lol that was racial profiling at its best and you know it. The legal system is so distorted to the point where people like you feel like just because something is written down on paper and is considered a law that common sense and REAL morals shouldn’t exist. I guess that’s America. #JusticeForTrayvon

Not only do I disagree with EVERYTHING you’ve said on this thread, I feel you TRULY are the uneducated, ignorant one in the situation. I don’t mean any harm but people like you (and “educated Lupe”) TRULY make me sick to my stomach when it comes to speaking about this trial. QUICK to say “everyone is making it about race” when that’s REALLY that foundation of this whole big issue. The trial’s MAIN key words were what? Self Defense. Assumptions. RACIAL profiling. So since you have a doctorate degree, elaborate on exactly what Racial Profiling means? So how could race NOT play a HUGE part in this case? The ONLY reason the media made it a “race trial” from the beginning is because we ALL know the truth. If a BLACK or COLORED man was to KILL a white teenage there’s NO WAY he would have been allowed to go rest in his his bed THAT same night. Even CNN reporters and big time judges all agree on that. That is the ONLY reason race was pivotal. I actually THANK the media for bringing this case to the public eye. Situations like these go unnoticed and get swept under the rug everyday. So much for ONE NATION

I’m not going to speak my opinion on the verdict, BUT I do feel the prosecution did a HORRIBLE job with representing on behalf on Trayvon. They brought sling to a gun fight, and ultimately lost the war. The witnesses helped the defense more than anything, and they proposed more questions, then answering them (which is what their JOB was to do). THEY are the reason why Zimmerman is a free man right now. There was SO MANY inconsistencies on Zimmerman AND his defense that got brushed over. They did a rushed job, and didn’t thoroughly and carefully plan their argument (which they realized close to the end, which is why they tried to add in the manslaughter charge). Bottom line is Zimmerman’s hardheaded, hotheaded, and wreckless actions and disregard to follow simple instruction given to him left an INNOCENT, UNARMED teenage lifeless.

Moving away from this ignorant user, my heart goes out to Trayvon’s family and friends. Nothing can EVER replace their son or ease the pain they must be feeling or have endured during the duration of this case. They (along with the rest of the country) should let this case rest in the hands of the Almighty. Zimmerman may not have had to speak on stand or explain himself, but he WILL come judgement day.

@XO till we overdose…, @XO till we overdose…, The only one exhibiting and uneducated opinion is yourself. I suppose the evidence of the 911 call where we listen to Zimmerman profiling this child and then starts to chase him when he runs isn’t consider evidence. I suppose the phone records indicating that length in time where Martin and Jeantel were on the phone together up to the minute before his death isn’t evidence. I suppose Jeantel’s consistent testimony of Zimmerman stalking this child up to the point of approaching him in such an abrasive manner isn’t evidence. I suppose not finding ANY of Trayvon’s DNA on Zimmerman’s gun during this “horrific” fight isn’t evidence. I suppose Zimmerman’s clothes being squeaky clean compare to dirt found on the back of Trayvon’s clothes isn’t evidence. No no. All that matters is Trayvon’s audacity to follow silly trends that teens tend to do such as posing in a macho manner on camera, quoting silly rap lyrics, and yeah making statements of kicking someone’s ass and even having a picture of a gun in his phone is the reason why he should have died right? Oh waaaaaait. Zimmerman didn’t know about ANY of this prior to confronting Martin. All he knew was that Martin was a thug in his neighborhood. Dude, let go of this “technical” aspect of this case. Let it go. You people always want to go technical to lessen the raw reality of blatant injustice done in this situation by stating those who are upset are “sooooo emotional.” Yeah, the primary ruse whites use to lessen any perspective by a black person. Okay. So for anyone who bitches and moans about Casey Anthony and God forbid OOOOOOOJ, just remember it was about the facts that were presented and clearly a four year old girl and two unarm white individuals were at cause for their own deaths.

    [Reply]

    XO till we overdose... Reply:

@Renee, Profiling the child and chasing does not prove that Zimmerman intended on shooting Martin. Martin not hanging up before the altercation does not prove anything. Jeantel admitted to lying under oath and if you don’t understand what that means, it means that all of her testimonies will no longer be valid in court. Your interpretation of ‘proof’ is a fact that you twist to back up a predetermined conclusion you already have.
I also absolutely love how you left out the fact that there was evidence that Martin was on top of Zimmerman, how there was proof that Zimmerman shot from the ground, how there were witness testimonies that Martin was on top of Zimmerman punching him. People like you leave out facts and evidence so that you can make a stronger case for your opinion, which shows exactly why your opinion is so invalid.

“let go of this “technical” aspect of this case”
I think this sentence by itself proves how little you know about the justice system. There no hope of changing your view if you don’t even care about the ‘technical’ aspect, which is exactly what the jury’s verdict is based on.

Trayvon stood his ground because he was scared. Ask your self… What would you do if you were being followed by somebody? It could be a raper, a robber you don’t know. GZ had no right in shooting TM…. @XO till we overdose…, This show’s your ignorance. I was one of the individual’s whom had the opportunity to watch this trial from start to finish. This did not start when we had to ask for charges to be filed. This started when Travon left the store walking home in the rain while talking to a friend over the phone. Whom was the aggressor. If Zimmerman would have never followed this child because he thought he was a street punk and he was tired of seeing these street punks, get away with shit. As he told the police. He could have stayed in his car and not pursued and it would be NO Travon in the news, he would be her just finish celebrating his 18th birthday and Maybe it would not have been a George Zimmerman on trial. Or would it have been? Would the next punk kid, where there were no witness whom walking home in his, or her hoody, be killed because Travon got away and maybe he (George) just caught your punk ass kid that lived just 3 more doors down, because he didn’t catch the last (Travon). What if George was (Kelvin the black neighbor hood watchman) whom saw Travon (Austin the white punk kid with his hoodie on walking from the store going home with his purchase, but didn’t make it because he was shot by Kelvin whom was instructed by the police to stop following him. Would Kelvin start receiving donations for his defense team. Would Lawyers start coming out the woodworks to defend him pro bono. Keep in mind that only George was able to tell his side. No speculation if Travon were trying to kill George, and was covering his noise and mouth why was there no blood on Travon’s had. This is not the first time that he has been this way. George also has ADHD, aggression issues on his arrest record, which goes as far as fighting a cop.

@BKzRevenge, I watched the trial from beginning to end.
BEFORE the trial started I thought surely zimmerman must be guilty with all these civil rights marches about the case going on.
So when ALL the witnesses and evidence came out and Trey own father and brother said they weren’t sure it was him screaming, while Zimmerman folks all said it was him screaming, along with all the other evidence of injury etc., I had to conclude that Zimmerman is the REAL victim. He never should have been tried for defending himself, against a boy high on drugs, talking with his ghetto friend following HER instructions, she said. If the call had been recorded I bet we would have heard HER instructing him to ambush zimmerman instead of GOING IN HIS HOUSE.
White people have active campaigns AGAINST bullying and domestic violence. THEY TEACH THEIR CHILDREN TO BE NON-VIOLENT.
On the other hand, negroes talk violence as the solution to all life’s problems to their children, eventhough it only leads to a BEATDOWN OR DEATH.
stop it negro parents. learn something from trayvon death.
teach the non-violence that martin luther king spent his whole life trying to teach you.
AS LONG AS NEGROES REACT VIOLENTLY TO EVERY SITUATION, AND TEACH THEIR KIDS TO DO THE SAME, WHITES WILL FEAR AND HATE THEM.
THE WHITE MAN HAS FINALLY COME TO A TIME THAT HE LONGS FOR PEACE WITH HIS FELLOW AMERICANS. THE TIME FOR PEACE BETWEEN THE RACES IS NOW OR DIE WITH THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR ACTION.
I GUARANTEE YOU THAT IF TRAYVON, WHEN HE FIRST SAW ZIMMERMAN HAD WALKED UP TO THE TRUCK AND SAID “GOOD EVENING” INSTEAD OF BREAKING INTO A RUN, HE WOULD BE ALIVE TODAY.
BEING FRIENDLY, RESPECTING PEOPLE, RESPECTING LAW ENFORCEMENT AND DOING WHAT JESUS WOULD DO, IS ALL THAT IT TAKES TO GET ALONG WITH MOST WHITE PEOPLE. MANY BLACKS FROM THE SOUTH KNOW THAT. NOT SURE WHY TRAYVON WAS NOT ACTING LIKE A SOUTHERN CHRISTIAN GENTLEMAN AND ASSOCIATING WITH THE DEVIL’S DAUGHTER.
IT WORKS FOLKS AND IF YOU LOVE JESUS, YOU KNOW THAT HE IS A MAN OF PEACE AND NON-VIOLENCE. START TODAY TEACHING LOVE TO YOUR CHILDREN, AND NOT TO ASSUME THAT ALL WHITE PEOPLE ARE OUT TO GET THEM. TEACH THEM THAT CAMERAS ARE EVERYWHERE WATCHING THEIR ACTIONS, AND THEY WILL ACT BETTER. THEY WILL.
CHOOSE A JESUS LIFE, OR CHOOSE DEATH. OUR ANCESTORS CHOSE THE JESUS LIFE. TIME TO STOP FIGHTING AND HATING ON YOUR COUNTRY.

@AUDREY, So we are going to disregard that Zimmerman ignored orders from the police and pursued a boy armed with a can of iced tea and skittles? You’re right Trayvon must’ve been upto no good, who knows what damage he would’ve caused with that bag of skittles. God forbid it was sour skittles….

    [Reply]

    AUDREY Reply:

@TheQueenIsHere, the dispatcher said to zimmerman do not follow. He did that for zimmerman own safety. zimmerman chose to ignore that, because he knew that the suspicious acting person would get away by the time slow moving police arrive. Zimmerman chose to risk his life to keep his community safe, and his wife safe. They had a whopping 402 breakins in one year, and that is not a big community!

WE are all armed with God’s weapons.God gave us all fists, nails to scratch with, feet to kick with, teeth to bite with, heads to butt with(ask the football player who butted evelyn lozada LOL).

In my mind, slow moving police, who seem to wait until everything is over to respond contributed to the problem. A man who is intent on killing DOES NOT call police to come and witness him do it.

Personally I thought the screaming was Trayvon in the final moments but I dont know him, BUT when his own father and brother didn’t affirmatively state that it was him, I know it broke his mother’s heart. They should have discussed that and been on same page. What a pity if it was truly Trayvon screaming, and not zimmerman.

There is still no actual proof that Zimmerman killed the kid with no provocation, and these celebrities giving their opinion actually have no clue what’s going on. These people have basically ruined a man’s life without proof that he is guilty, and I would absolutely love to see any of them get convicted without full proof of guilt.

What the hell is Lupe talking about? Regardless if the trial was televised or not, the world has been knowing about this case since last year, people had already formed an opinion, black or white! The fact of the matter is an unarmed teen was walking home from the store trying to get home to see the NBA All Star Game, and he got gunned down by a vigilante neighborhood watchman!

@What, Lupe never said the trial should not have been televised, he said the entire case should have never been televised. If this was treated as any other murder case, the world would NOT have known about it last year, and the media would not have been able to twist this into a race issue.
“The fact of the matter is an unarmed teen was walking home from the store trying to get home to see the NBA All Star Game, and he got gunned down by a vigilante neighborhood watchman!”
I absolutely love how everybody acts like they have a law degree just because they have an opinion about the case. There is proof that Zimmerman fired from the ground with Trayvon on top of him. Also, remember that in any case, the burden of proof is on the prosecution, and the prosecution definitely did not have valid proof of murder/manslaughter. Lupe is the only celebrity that actually knows what he’s talking about, and because of the media and uninformed people like you, Zimmerman’s life is ruined even though there is absolutely no proof that he is guilty.

Only in your opinion. There was no proof that Zimmerman shot Trayvon because he was black, the media just made it about race in order to make money off of vulnerable minds like yours.
“This ISN’T just ANY murder case, duh!!!! THAT’S WHY IT WAS TELEVISED WHEN IT HAPPENED!!!!”
Why? is murder worse the it’s white on black? Nobody cares about all of the black on black murders that happens everyday. Is a black person’s life only significant if a white person took it? People like you are seriously so ignorant.
“If it was the other way around (Zimmerman was black & Trayvon was white), the verdict would be the exact opposite!!!!”
No, it wouldn’t have. There was not enough proof of Zimmerman’s guilt, and changing the races will not have changed the verdict. You are making wild claims.

Finally, I am not acting like I have a law degree. I have learned about this case through actual research and reading the relevant material, instead of blindly following my favorite rapper’s tweets. I recognize that I do not understand the law or the case better than the Jury, which is why I trust the judgement of the Jury more than my personal biased opinion. 1. Calling people stupid does not make your point any more valid.
    2. Making up statistics like “the majority of others will tell you the same” also does not give you credit.
    3. Just because you cannot understand someone’s point, does not mean that their point does not make sense.

You know what? Tell yourself whatever you want. Tell yourself that you’re seeking justice by wanting Zimmerman locked up or dead. There has been over 700 black teenagers killed on the streets of Chicago since Martin’s murder, many have gone without convictions. Act like you’re seeking justice by solely focusing on this one case. Act like this case is more important simply because you can antagonize the white person. Go ahead and continue to believe that a black person’s life is only important if it was taken by a white person. Go ahead and antagonize the judicial system and everyone who disagrees with you. Continue to live in your own delusional world. I seriously do not care. Because at the end of the day, you will never get anywhere in life with this attitude, and you will never be able to influence people with your uneducated rants. Therefore, you can seriously believe anything you want, because the only person your clouded and delusional mind will ever hurt, is yourself.

What will you do now? Are you going to stop supporting the establishments that supported this act? Remember it was 6 women who found zimmerman not guilty…it is about race…its a way to remind black folks that you are not entitled to the justice that is there to protect their kind. Will you leave the US and head to another country that welcomes your kind? will you take advantage of the education system and take it back home to the motherland? Will you continue to stay hush on black on black crimes? Will you get a passport and travel outside the country? There is so much to life than the USA. 30 million undocumented illegals will take your place whether you like it or not. When will you start your establishments? When will you stop handicapping yourself to utilize social programs that stop you from progressing further? When will you make a difference and reinvest in your community? Why should we idolize rappers that support strip clubs, disrespecting women and continue a fatherless home? it’s a continuing cycle….when will we wake up?

@Quest, Justice is knowing without a doubt that the defendant is guilty before convicting them, and there was not enough proof that Zimmerman is guilty. Justice is not judging a case based on race, gender, and the opinion of the general public, and the jury conducted themselves perfectly. Justice is NOT giving a verdict based on emotions, which is exactly what you would do if you were part of the jury.
Imagine yourself shooting someone in self defense, and getting charged with murder without sufficient proof. Is that what you call justice? Because that could have very well been what happened to Zimmerman. Having emotion does not mean that you understand justice.

When is it determined that that is too ridiculous and the judge intervene? Although can we even trust our judges to not see a defendant or victim’s skin color but who they are as a person I don’t know. How effective is our jury vetting? Clearly it is not. This has NOTHING to do with race, it’s the fact that an INNOCENT child was killed because he seemed ‘suspicious’. I can never be in favor of someone killing a child or anybody at that fact, especially if the person didn’t seem harmful. I can’t imagine somebody killing my child, so all those people in favor of Zimmerman. Ask yourselves, would you want somebody killing your child for such a weak reason like that or killing your child even for no reason? You would want justice for your child, you wouldn’t want your child’s killer to walk free.
Some people may be saying now; ‘but it isn’t my child’, that’s where ignorance starts. I don’t want to hear that. Sometimes you need to put yourselves in the shoes of others, in hopes that this shall never happen to your or any of your loved ones.

As you all continue to give the Martin family support I pray that you also give the Jordan Davis case attention and support as well. If you’re not aware of who Jordan Davis is and what happened, PLEASE look it up. He was an African American male who was shot because he was playing loud music with his friends. Guess what the guy who shot him is using to his advantage – the stand your ground law. The stand your ground law is allowing too many people to get away with murder. It’s sickening. So PLEASE, just like you watched the GZ trial, please keep up with this one!

The real reason that Trayvon got all this attention is because it was an election year. Blacks had become disenchanted with Odrama, and the Justice Dept needed to rally the troops around a cause to get blacks out to vote – a made up racial cause so that you would get out and vote black again.

I am very, very disappointed. Zimmerman should have been found guilty.
First of all, the kid wasn’t armed with anything. Zimmerman called the police and said “He’s black. He’s wearing a hoodie. I think he’s on drugs. I’m going to follow him.”
The police said. “No. We don’t need you to do that.”
But he STILL followed that little boy.
OF COURSE IF A TEENAGE BOY SEES SOMEONE FOLLOWING HIM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, HE’S GOING TO REACT IN SOME TYPE OF WAY.

The screaming on the tape wasn’t ZIMMERMAN! Why would it be him desperately screaming for help???? Because BY THE WAY, WHEN HE ARRIVED AT THE POLICE STATION THAT NIGHT, HE HAD NO SCARS OR BRUISES ON HIM!

This is a DISGRACE! I’m not even mad about the race! I’m mad because there is NO JUSTICE FOR TRAYVON OR HIS FAMILY.

This is all too unreal and surreal at the same time. I have mixed feelings about this whole entire situation. One part of me feels that George Zimmerman should had gone to jail on manslaughter charges or murder charges after the police told him not to go after Trayvon Martin and he still went after Trayvon Martin anyway. Whether George Zimmerman got beat up by Trayvon Martin or not, George Zimmerman was still wrong for disobeying and not following police orders after the 911 operator told him not to go after Trayvon Martin. George Zimmerman should had never killed Trayvon Martin at all. George Zimmerman should had never murdered Trayvon Martin in cold blood at all. This was a case of total injustice in my unbiased opinion. I know the Trayvon Martin case is bigger than race, but I find it very odd that Michael Vick went to jail for 2 years for killing dogs (which was very deserved), T.I. went to jail for 2 years for drug charges, gun charges, and violation of probation or parole (which was very deserved), Lauryn Hill and Wesley Snipes go to jail for tax evasion (which is arguably very well-deserved), Ja-Rule goes to jail for gun charges (which is arguably well-deserved), and Plaxico Burress goes to jail for 2 years after carrying a illegal weapon and shooting himself in the leg (which was very well-deserved), but George Zimmerman is found not guilty on murder charges and is not found guilty on manslaughter charges after disobeying and not following police orders; and killing a unarmed young kid. I believe the United States of America have a very, unbalanced justice system that needs to be fixed one day in the near future.

Another part of me feels that the jury didn’t have enough hardcore evidence to convict George Zimmerman of any crimes. Lupe Fiasco actually made a very, good point. There are always three sides to every story. Outside of the general public, and the biased mainstream media, the only 3 people that knows what truly happended is GOD, George Zimmerman, and Trayvon Martin. I don’t think the prosecution did a very, good job making their case against George Zimmerman. I also feel that the prosecution didn’t have enough hardcore evidence to make a great case against George Zimmerman. The prosecution could had did a better job by explaining racial profiling to the jury, and convincing the jury that George Zimmerman disobeied and didn’t follow police orders when he pursued Trayvon Martin. There were people saying Trayvon Martin’s girlfriend had holes in her testimony, but the prosecution could had coached her better to handle every question against the defense team of George Zimmerman. It’s not always what you know, but what you can prove in the court of law.

My prayers and love goes out to Trayvon Martin’s family. I hope this case will teach all people including black people to live a peaceful life and make the best with what ever time you got. Tomorrow is not promised to no one at all. You can be anything you want to be in this world, if you believe in GOD, and try your hardest to be successful in life. You can be a doctor, a lawyer, a nurse, a truck driver, a police officer, a basketball player, a football player, a singer, a rapper, President of the United States, or President in any other country. You can be very successful if you believe in GOD, and if you believe in yourself. We need start loving each other more, instead of fighting each other due to race, gangs, drugs, and alcohol. Everybody including myself have to look in the mirror at some point and ask what am I doing to make the world better.

The guy saw Trayvon and ASSumed he was up to no good, he took it upon himself to play off duty neighborhood/flashlight cop approached the kid and got his ass whooped. I guess all those MMA & boxing lessons he was taking wasn’t working. Instead of taking an ass whooping he started, he shot the kid and claimed self defense! you can paint it anyway you want, the guy went looking for trouble and found it, too bad for Trayvon, all he was trying to do was get home, RIP!

This is exactly the problem. Zimmerman’s accusers are people who do not know how to separate the fact from the fiction. Fact, there isn’t any law against following someone you suspect is going to do something bad. The fact that he shot Martin is undeniably a tragedy, but following him was not a crime. So stop and think what the next step is and if you follow all this to its conclusion you will find out that Zimmerman was justifiably found not guilty by a knowing and fair jury. Had this been reversed, what would have been your conclusion? You fall for the liberal lie that this was or is racism. The racists are the president for blundering a racist opinion as well as all the pundits that think the same. It is nice that you will be praying for Martin. I am sure like most of us he will need all the prayers he can receive. May his soul rest in peace.

@Nortar31, If this had of been reversed, Trayvon would have been arrested on the spot, and found guilty for 2nd degree murder. I wonder if that had been a woman walking home and she saw the man following her thinking he is going to hurt her or rape her and she defended herself, and came up dead, is it still self defense? Trayvon was also going home to a little brother who he bought the candy for, nobody is considering that he didn’t want that creepy man following him home. So was Michael Dunn defending himself when he shot up a SUV and killed Jordan Davis and could have killed 3 others? I guess the woman that fired a warning shot to keep her abusive man from her, all yea, he wasn’t dead or hurt, I guess she deserves the 20 years they gave her?

First if it was me if I was trayvon and I was beening followed my defense would have been up as we’ll ready to fight for my life cuz I can’t read his mind what his going to do to me so I would be ready for anything . Zimmerman is the one who started it by getting out of his car . After he had been following. Him even if trayvon hit him first Zimmerman was in the wrong then he kills a kid and get away with it . Words can’t explain how feel about America . The so call greatest country in the world . We as black people need to stand up each other right are wrong . And when we are wrong we should provide the help to get that person right . Cuz this what the white man do . So we should do the same thing . Stop listening to the media with this bullshit . About race problems and inner city life style. Because they don’t cause they don’t live this life style . I think that. Their should be a national holiday for trayvon Martin . Stop calling people negroes okay, your being racist meaning your opinions are useless, people do not lie, zimmerman ignored the order not because he notice the kid was not up to no good but he said himself, he wanted to go check out the street name and give it to the police just incase, now tell me how did he divert from there all the way to martin? profiling is not an issue to me at all coz same can happen to a white kid, how did he confront the kid? what did he say to him? if he profiled the kid in his mind, did he probably let it out? did thy argue? was martin aware that zimmerman is a neighborhood watchman not a stranger? lets think about it,why would martin strike first, why? they said zimmerman trainer said he was not a good fighter, was martin proved to be a good fighter by who? one witness was asked, did you see martin hiting zimmerman? he said i quote” thats what it looked like” what??? martin never had a gun,he is 17 yrs old, why would i use agun against this kid? he said the kid kept hiting him in the head and thought his head would burst, come oooon,a punch will never crack your skull, scientifically proven, did he use a stop, when if he was shot ontop of him? the dude provoked a kid,and ended up losing a fight, and shot him out of anger and knowing if he let him live, the kid will lay a charge that he will lose, would have done the same,am black also, either to a white person, black, latino ect,but deep down there i know i killed an innocent person, shoot to injure not to kill,i think the guy is not guilty because he is, but its because those who represented a kid were useless, they got carried away and thought if we say it was a race issue then we are done and we will win the case ,NO thats not how it work in court, prove that the kid was provoked and was also defending himself, they let him go free not the jury, jury were there to listen not to add their opinion, some cried because deep don they were saying,we are about to let a killer walk,

But if a struggle ensued and Zimm. was losing the struggle, how is that self defense when he was the aggressor and stalked and attacked at innocent kid who was minding his own biz, NOT engaged in criminal activity?
