Solange Gets Into the Groove at Pitchfork Music Festival

Solange

While her big sis Beyoncé was participating in a vigil for Trayvon Martin in New York, Solange was in Chicago for the Pitchfork Music Festival. She had fun during her funky set at Union Park on Saturday, calling for an “old-school grind fest.” The always stylish star wore a matching patterned top and pants while jamming with her six-piece band.

Solange has been very vocal in seeking justice for Trayvon. She participated in a rally last week and has been encouraging her fans to sign the petition to open a civil rights case against George Zimmerman.

“I really urge everyone today to demand that the Dept of Justice proceed w/ a Federal Civil Rights case against Zimmerman w/a FAIR Jury!” she tweeted.
