Goodie Mob Performs 'Special Education' on 'The View'

Goodie Mob continued their comeback campaign with an appearance on ABC’s “The View” on Wednesday. The hip-hop group performed their single “Special Education,” with CeeLo’s protégée V. Bozeman filling in for Janelle Monáe.

The group’s flamboyant leader also sat down on the couch to discuss his return to “The Voice,” his Las Vegas show “Loberace,” and reuniting with his group after 14 years.

“It’s family. It’s just like going back home after joining the Peace Corps,” said CeeLo. “To bring it back home and share [the success] with my brothers is really, really gratifying.”

Goodie Mob’s album Age Against the Machine, which CeeLo calls their best to date, drops August 27.
