Beyoncé Dazzles at V Festival
Short hair, don’t care. Beyoncé showed off her fierce new look while headlining the Virgin Media Stage on Day 1 of V Festival at Hylands Park in England on Saturday. Queen Bey didn’t have to worry about getting her short blonde bob stuck in a fan as she performed choreography with her female dancers. She opened in a white leotard to “Run the World (Girls)” and flew through the sky in her sparkly sapphire bodysuit.
On Thursday night, she was in Miami shooting a music video at a beachfront mansion. According to the AP, police blocked off part of Golden Beach while she filmed scenes. Residents were told if they didn’t film or take pictures during the shoot that she and Jay Z would take photos with them later, and they kept their word.
“It was an honor meeting them, and they were incredibly nice!” one witness said of the famous couple.
Beyoncé will kick off the Latin American leg of “The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour” in Brazil on Sept. 8.
