JoJo Performs with Casey Veggies at #uncapped Concert

JoJo and Casey Veggies

JoJo took over a granny-decorated apartment in the West Village as part of The FADER and vitaminwater’s #uncapped series on Monday. With her die-hard fans and artists including Kenna in the crowd, she performed covers of Sade’s “Sweetest Taboo” and Kendrick Lamar’s “Swimming Pools (Drank).”

A four-piece band and two backup singers joined her onstage as she belted out her hits including “Leave (Get Out).”

She also treated the crowd to a remix of her 2007 single “Anything” with some help from guitarist/singer Francesco and Casey Veggies, who spit a verse. The song will be available for free download next week.

That was a really good performance! JoJo is lookin’ really good!!! I hope she finds a label that will support her music unlike Blackground records did.
