Drake Rolls Out ‘Nothing Was the Same’ Trailer

Motorcade

With just two weeks to go until his album Nothing Was the Same arrives, Drake is pulling out all the stops. In a 30-second promo, a motorcade of black and white luxury vehicles including a Maybach, Bugatti, Lamborghini, and Range Rover, make their way down the street in Toronto with the Canadian flag waving from the mirrors. A vanity plate with “C Papi” is displayed on the Rolls-Royce Phantom.

While Drake does not appear in the clip, you can hear a new song in the background. The triumphant tune was produced by Hit-Boy.

Nothing was the Same arrives Sept. 24 featuring the singles “Started From the Bottom” and “Hold On, We’re Going Home” (see the tracklisting).

Roll out with OVO.

Can’t wait for this album to drop, and that beat sounds like it’s about to be something serious. I can definitely tell this album will have a different vibe from Take Care, which is good. That album is classic IMO, but I’m glad he’s doing something different. Hopefully he’ll shut all those people up who say he only makes depressing music.
