Eve Performs with Dawn Richard at NYC Show

Dawn Richard and Eve

E-V-E touched down in NYC on the second to last stop of her “Lip Lock” tour last night. During her show at Gramercy Theatre, Ruff Ryder’s First Lady brought out Dawn Richard to perform their collaboration “Keep Me From You” off her first album in over a decade, Lip Lock.

“Thank u again sooo much for being here tonight!! You are amazing!! So humble,” a grateful Eve told Dawn.

In her interview with Rap-Up TV, Eve said that she is debating between “Keep Me From You” and the Snoop Dogg-assisted “Mama in the Kitchen” as the next Lip Lock single.

Plus, watch her discuss her next album, Nicki Minaj’s “I Be On Dat” verse, and her love for Lil’ Kim in our exclusive interview.

@@SLICKERTHANSLY, Dawn doesn’t lip synch. She may use a backtrack for her solo tours to help with BG vocals or chorus fill-ins, but she’s assisting Eve with a simple hook. Lol. So the answer is….. no.

Anyway, I LOVE seeing women (especially black) support each other. Both women are independent, I believe, so this looks really good as far as positivity & support goes. Thanks for posting, Rap Up!

@@SLICKERTHANSLY, WHAT I HEAR IS DEFINITELY LIP SYNCHING. DAWN HAS NO TALENT AND NO PLACE IN SHOW BIZ. WHY EVE HAD HER THERE IS BEYOND ME.
