Stream Eminem’s Album ‘The Marshall Mathers LP 2’

The Marshall Mathers LP 2

Thirteen years after releasing his breakthrough album The Marshall Mathers LP, Eminem will deliver the highly-anticipated sequel. In advance of Tuesday’s release, he has made the album available for streaming on iTunes.

The project, executive produced by Dr. Dre and Rick Rubin, features the Rihanna-assisted single “The Monster,” plus collaborations with Kendrick Lamar, Skylar Grey, and fun.’s Nate Ruess.

“Calling it The Marshall Mathers LP 2, obviously I knew that there might be certain expectations,” the Detroit MC told Rolling Stone. “I wouldn’t want to call it that just for the sake of calling it that. I had to make sure that I had the right songs—and just when you think you got it, you listen and you’re like, ‘Fuck, man! I feel like it needs this or that,’ to paint the whole picture.”

To promote MMLP2, he will perform on “SNL” tomorrow and at Sunday’s YouTube Music Awards. On his album release day, he will sit down for a Q&A session on SiriusXM’s Shade 45.

I just listened to his album it leaked….I couldn’t be anymore disappointed!!!!!! It is soooo bad!!!! im not even trying to hate I’m a eminem fan and not even like a Em. stan who only likes his old stuff i liked recovery and let me worn ya’ll now if you didn’t like recovery then you will hate this album….

    1) the products… my gosh, way too much stuff is going on and most of it is pretty much rock beats and a country beat. and it sounds like he’s trying to sound louder then the songs.

    2) that track with Kendrick…. DAMN! listen to it and tell me that shit anit bad, worst track on there.

    3) His flow has changes and now u can’t understand shit his talking about!

    4) I only see him making a video for about two songs rap god and monster…the rest nope…I don’t even hear a radio hit and the only reason monster sounds like a radio hit is because of rihanna…

This year as been a complete disappointment when it comes to great rap albums (in my opinion) kanye, jay z, big sean and now Eminem…so sad I ani’t got shit to listen to now!

@Fan Rant (no hate but damn!), you are fucking retarded that’s one,

Two: I understand that some tracks are bad like “Asshole, Berzerk and so on” I’m not impressed with “Rap God” or the song with Kendrick either and yes the beats are garbage. BUT!

Three: its the content that matters, songs like “Bad Guy, Headlights, Legacy, Brainless, Stronger than I was, Evil Twin…” and yes even The Monster” are nice,

Note: not even the first MMLP was completely perfect like every bandwagon would exclaim, I am a fan and you have to understand that albums like this take time to sink in

Solid Pop- radio ready Album, stamped with Eminem’s name and a little bit of his unique style. But Overall, a very non-revolutionary product…

Really good album. The lyrics are top notch as usual. The only songs I didn’t like were berserk and survival.
